Doesn’t even open for me

I wish this app would work for me. I attempted to login with my name and password. No problem there. But then it asks me to verify my phone number and it says that it doesn’t look correct. I have tried everything I know to do.

I am unable to login. I am a staff member, not sure if this app is for staff member. I am attempting to promote this app to faculty and students. Unfortunately, I am unable to explore the contents. Is there a way to receive help with login issues?
