Yup, close your eyes and rewind again and then fast forward again. This must be how they sell it to advertisers. Not only does the score immediately pop up when you open the app, but after you’ve paid $125 for the streaming service you can’t even log in to it it just spins and spins and never loads to let you log in. Biggest waste of $125 I have ever spent. Used to watch every game back and Bally and still try to but they make it impossible for someone to watch a game if you have a life and don’t watch it live as it’s happening. ### 1/5 — Needs ability to find local network devices *2024-12-28, version 24.5.1958* Like with all streaming applications there should be an ability to find local network devices to stream to TV devices (cable/satellite box etc). I’m paying for MavsTV to watch Mavs games. Most notably, I have been unable to sell my tickets via the app. I had to go via a computer so I deleted that app since there is no use for it. Also, there is no support for the app. You can’t submit an issue or look into getting it resolved. I hope they at least look at reviews. Error I receive: “The data couldn’t be reached because it isn’t in the correct format” ### 1/5 — App Crashes *2024-04-07, version 7.10.8* The app used to work in previous years and was convenient for downloading tickets before the games. But all season long (2023-24) it has not worked. Everytime you open it it crashes. And when you report to your account rep they just tell you to use the website. On my regular phone all of January shows and it won’t update. I deleted, as I’ve been instructed to do before, and now none of my tickets show and there is an error to refresh. The web works, even though it’s as slow as dial-up. How in the world is the data in the wrong format and cannot be read? Time for a new development team or new company to build a better app. Also, you click on app support and it goes to the main Mavs page.
