I put in my phone number and never get a code to gain access. I’ve went to several people at the AAC and they aren’t able to help me. Other than that, I’m sure this app is great. ### 2/5 — Kicks me out instantly *2024-07-20, version 1.0.5* I get Kicked out as soon as I get to the main screen. At least 2 out 3 times I try to access my account there is a conflict between Dallas Stars app and Ticketmaster. The Stars just took a big dump on the city and county of Dallas. Taking all the revenue, jobs , and fans and hijacking it all to Plano and Collin County ala Jerry Jones style. ### 1/5 — Won’t link Platinum access *2025-11-08, version 1.0.9* I’m a STH and have platinum access as part of my membership. This app strips my tickets of platinum access even though my Ticketmaster account is linked. The updates made this year are garbage. I’m constantly having to message my poor ticket lady for one off platinum passes because they can’t figure out the issues either. This app is garbage. This is a new problem from this season. The following problem persists where you have to constantly sign out and sign back in to make it work and even then it can take multiple attempts. I should only have to sign in once! ### 1/5 — Completely broken this year *2024-11-18, version 1.0.6* All season I’ve been getting basketball instead of hockey shootout. Now I can’t even open Play to Win games. It’s just a white screen. I reinstalled and restarted my phone. Still nothing. My husband’s is broken too. This year has been terrible. Maybe it’s because we’re day 1 users? Too bad, because we’re STH and at every game & have loved playing. I’m never giving my seats up!! ### 5/5 — I love this app! *2023-01-12, version 1.0.0* This makes it so easy access my Dallas Stars tickets, access my VCM discount, and more! ### 4/5 — The ads are the worst. *2024-01-01* Some bugs need fixing - the “hold music” that plays between ads in TV timeouts doesn’t turn off once game play resumes, resulting in having to shut down the app & restart. Which then also means listening to the ads that play when you connect again to radio. Please find another time to play those ads when you connect to Radio play. Some of them last for almost a full minute missing significant game play. Especially as an Australian and therefore none of the ads are relevant, I don’t need to listen to how “selling my car in my underwear” is the first thing I need to hear when trying to listen to hockey. ### 4/5 — Barrett *2023-10-04* Hi!
