The quality of the units is extremely poor-the AC system and the water tanks require frequent replacements which clearly reflects the poor standard of maintenance. I raised a maintenance request regarding the water leaking and until now I did not receive any call, update or feedback on my request.Such delays are unacceptable especially when maintenance services are below expectations.
