## What is Damanak?

Damanak is a warranty wallet and warranty-claim service for businesses in Saudi Arabia. Register the devices your company owns, keep every purchase invoice with them, and raise a warranty claim from your phone when something breaks. A courier collects the device from your door, we take the claim to the warranty provider, and the device comes back to you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Register each device with its type, brand, model, serial number and purchase date.
• Attach a photo of the purchase invoice, so a claim never stalls on a missing receipt.
• See which warranties are still active and which are close to running out.
• Get an alert before a warranty expires, while you can still use it.
• Raise a warranty claim in a few taps and describe the fault in your own words.
• Pin your collection point on the map once. Pickups and returns both use it.
• Follow the request through every stage, from approval to the device arriving back.
• Get a notification when the status changes, so nobody has to chase an update.
• Message the operations team about any request without leaving the app.
• Use the app in Arabic or English, with full right-to-left layout.

HOW A CLAIM WORKS

1. Add the device and attach its purchase invoice.
2. Raise a warranty claim and describe what went wrong.
3. Our team reviews the claim and approves the collection.
4. A courier picks the device up from the point you pinned.
5. We handle the claim with the warranty provider and keep you posted.
6. The device is delivered back to you, and you confirm it arrived.

BUILT FOR BUSINESSES

Plans are sized by how many devices you manage, from a single office to a fleet of a hundred. A business owner can add employees and let them raise requests for the devices they use, while every request stays visible in one place. Larger fleets can request a quotation instead of a fixed plan.

WHERE WE COLLECT

Collection and return currently cover Riyadh and Jeddah and the areas around them. You can register devices and manage warranties anywhere in the Kingdom.

WHAT IS COMING

Paid repairs and standalone inspections are marked as coming soon inside the app. Today Damanak handles warranty claims.
