Usa el app de Dame Un Bite para recoger (pick-up) de cualquiera de las tiendas participantes o para pedir delivery de DUB Shop o tu restaurante favorito.

¿Cómo lo haces?

1. Selecciona si quieres delivery o pick up.
2. Pon tu pin (o la dirección donde se entregará la orden).
3. Selecciona el comercio que quieras.
4. Ve el listado de productos de esa tienda o menú de ese restaurante.
5. Revisa la orden, escoge el método de pago (tarjeta de crédito o ATH Móvil). 
6. Confirma tu orden y ¡sigue al driver cuando vaya de camino a entregarte la orden!

How do you use it?

1. Select if you want delivery or pick up.
2. Put your pin (or the address where the order will be delivered).
3. Select the business you want.
4. View the list of products from that store or menu from that restaurant.
5. Review the order, choose the payment method (credit card or ATH Móvil).
6. Confirm your order and follow the driver when he is on his way to deliver the order!

Empezamos…
1. Mínimo 1 hora de espera desde el momento que pides. 
2. No importa cuanto especifiques en la orden o cuan importante sea para ti que lleve o no lleve algo, nunca te van a dar lo que especificas. Yo no como carne y más de 2 ordenes las tuve que dar al perro porque me ls dieron con carne cuando especifique que no. 
3. Por mas bien que pongas tu localización, al momento de la entrega, en el mapa live sale otra dirección, cercana pero incorrecta y esto hace demorar la orden y tener que estar en el teléfono dando direcciones.
4. Por mas evidencia que tengas de que falto algo o te dieron la orden mal completamente, nunca te darán un refund. Aunque tengas que botar la orden, aunque estes todo el día en el chat hablando con bots o representantes, no llegarás a nada.

El peor servicio. No le avisan al comercio que se hizo una orden. El driver llega al comercio y ahí es que el comercio de comunica con Dame Un Bite y ahí se entera el comercio de la orden. Se han tardado hasta 2 horas en hacer llegar la comida. En muchas ocasiones después de una hora y hora y media que uno hace la orden es que le avisan que no hay un driver para hacer llegar la comida que tienen que cancelar la orden. En fin… el PEOR SERVICIO

esta aplicación NO funciona. ya me ha pasado demasiadas veces que cuando trato de añadirle ‘special instructions’ al producto, la misma aplicación no me permite bajar a finalizar de añadirlo y la página se va en blanco. traté en la computadora e igual NO SIRVE. básicamente no tengo manera de ordenar y aún así la única vez que logré ordenar se tardaron casi 2 horas en traer mi orden, además de que me cobraron un montón por el delivery.
