Their GPS does not work. I order food in Ponce, they deliver it in San Juan. I called and they said the will return my money. Never got my food, never got my money back. Intenté desinstalar y volverlo a instalar, borré el caché e hice todo lo que estuvo en mis manos pero la app no sirve. El precio de lo que pedí, en la aplicación estaba casi a un dólar más y me cobraron .99 por un chimichurri y .99 por un mayo ketchup. I wouldn’t mind if we could at least have a map detailing where the driver is, like Uber Eats does. It’s been over an hour since I ordered some essentials and there hasn’t been a single update; the driver hasn’t even picked up my purchase and I can’t contact them. I tried canceling the order, but it won’t allow me because “pickup already started.” It would’ve taken me less time to actually order a ride, go to the store, and get a ride back. Mínimo 1 hora de espera desde el momento que pides. 2. No importa cuanto especifiques en la orden o cuan importante sea para ti que lleve o no lleve algo, nunca te van a dar lo que especificas. Yo no como carne y más de 2 ordenes las tuve que dar al perro porque me ls dieron con carne cuando especifique que no. 3. Por mas bien que pongas tu localización, al momento de la entrega, en el mapa live sale otra dirección, cercana pero incorrecta y esto hace demorar la orden y tener que estar en el teléfono dando direcciones. 4. Por mas evidencia que tengas de que falto algo o te dieron la orden mal completamente, nunca te darán un refund. En muchas ocasiones después de una hora y hora y media que uno hace la orden es que le avisan que no hay un driver para hacer llegar la comida que tienen que cancelar la orden.
