I’ve followed up multiple times through email and their automated chatbot, but the communication has mostly been repetitive back-and-forth without any clear resolution. What’s more concerning is that my return request shows as “Rejected” in the app without any proper explanation or clear status update. Despite repeated follow-ups, I haven’t been able to get a straightforward answer or speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue. The product experience may be one thing, but customer support and after-sales service are equally important. In my case, the lack of transparency, proper communication, and accessible support has been extremely disappointing. If the product has genuinely been delivered, please provide the delivery proof, recipient details, delivery timestamp, and GPS/location confirmation.
