## What is DampDays?

Log a drink in one tap. No shame, no streaks.

DampDays is a moderation tracker for adults who want to drink less without giving up alcohol entirely. Set a weekly cap, log from your Lock Screen, and watch the month take shape on a calm heatmap — all without recovery language, binary streaks, or expensive subscriptions.

Whether you drink a few times a week or a few times a month, DampDays gives you quiet, judgment-free awareness of your own habits. That awareness alone changes behavior.

- Lock Screen widget: Add one drink directly from your Lock Screen with a single tap. No app-open required. The moment you pour, you log.
- Weekly cap + progress ring: Set a personal weekly limit (1 to 21 drinks). Your home screen shows this week's count against your cap as a progress arc.
- Calendar heatmap: See the full month at a glance. Dry days, damp days, and over-cap days each show a distinct muted color — no red shame states, no judgment copy.
- Drink log with types: Beer, wine, spirit, or other. Each entry records the time and an optional note. Fast, private, local.
- Apple Health write (premium): Log your drinks into Apple Health so they appear alongside your other wellness data. Permission is only requested when you enable the feature in Settings.

The free tier never expires. 30 days of history, four standard drink types, the Lock Screen widget, your weekly cap, and the heatmap are all free forever. No countdown, no forced upgrade.

Premium unlocks: unlimited history, custom drink types, Apple Health write, iCloud sync, and CSV export.

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your App Store account settings.

Restore a previous purchase any time from the paywall or Settings.
