Androidスマホなどからはログインできますがipadからログインボタンを押して入ろうとするとアプリが落ちます。
入れ直しても変わりません。
修正お願いします。

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. The camera was so bad, I returned it, and now I can’t unsubscribe from the cloud service. Website says to unsubscribe using the app, but I can’t log onto the app because I never receive the “security code” they say they sent. So I’m apparently stuck paying $5 a month for the rest of my life! 
BEWARE OF THIS POSSIBLE SCAM!

The window goes away before allowing me to enter username.  The app still appears in the background but I can no longer logn.

You need to look at other cctv for inspiration, why would I be reminded every turn to subscribe to iCloud when my device records, but you don’t give the option to change to device on “Alerts”, very poor system

Doesent work, mailfunction. Cheap, trash, without Performance. Chinesischer Müll ohne Funktion, Finger weg, extrem schade das diese China-Shyce nicht mehr funktioniert. Exakt nach 2 Jahren gehen diese billigen Amazongeräte nicht mehr. Besser auf einen deutschen Anbieter setzen als diesen asiatischen Unsinn zu supporten. Finger weg, Enttäuschung ist extrem groß. Ich muss nun alle Kameras abbauen und neue Kaufen. Das wird aber nichts mehr aus Abhock-FernOst sondern lieber 3x mehr bezahlen und ein deutsches Produkt kaufen. Chinesen sind nicht an Leistung interessiert sondern an abzocken! Aufpassen!!!

Please do upgrade the app ! There is no possibility to use zoom on PTZ cameras on IPad !

Don’t bother trying this app. The camera (wired, wifi disabled) connects properly on the local network using internal addressing but this app fails login with the message “Connection strength is weak. Tap to refresh.”

I don’t know what all the complaints are about this app. I am using it with cheap 5 year old Momentum cameras and it works flawlessly. Of course I have Comcast internet so my WiFi is fast. I suspect most folks here have inferior internet that’s the culprit or their cameras have issues.

Ever since the iOS 18.1 update, the app opens then closes using iPad 10th generation. It was working fine before. There is no way to contact the creator of the app. Is there another app that would work? If not Please fix this ASAP. Thanks

This app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. The iPhone version (which works on iPad too) is maintained.

My biggest issue is that the aspect ratio is wrong when viewed in landscape mode.
