I’m going to have to cancel. The one time I really really needed this that someone attempted to steal my car for the police, how embarrassing I couldn’t give it to them because there’s some kind of glitch going on. Another issue that happens when trying to refresh the cameras I get the "connection strength is weak tap to refresh" message which is very annoying and all the cameras just freeze frame the last view that it had captured and there are critical times when I need to view my cameras when I'm not at home this has happened and I have to wait untill I get home to reset everything when something could've happened to my home and I'm not able to view my cameras, I'm swapping everything over to Geeni cams and app in which I have as one exterior camera and that app has never failed me. ### 1/5 — Worst software *2025-01-24, version 5.9.48* Everything was working before the tard update and now all the cameras are down ### 1/5 — Can’t view cameras thru this app ever *2024-12-10, version 5.9.48* I have reached out through email and asked for help my cameras do not load I have done Everthing suggested on their HELP page yet nothing allows the 6 cameras to load live footage! How is it possible to make all 4 cameras record? ### 5/5 — Danale mobile app *2023-06-06, version 5.9.29* Danale Mobile App is now staying on for this android cell phone user here, and is working properly as it had before . Thank you Danale,Smonet & Amazon whoever played a role in helping to fix the bug in the Danale Mobile App. When Danale mobile app is working remotely it makes the Smonet camera systems are the best systems for home camera security to buy. The cameras have great day and night pictures but have to be able to have a working functional mobile app they use, and now Danale Mobile App is working again. I just hope they stay working , the Danale Mobile App, because the Smonet Camera System stayed working on line when the Danale mobile app was down for remote users. ### 5/5 — 4 years in *2023-01-30, version 5.9.29* I have used the Danale app for my camera for over 4 years now. First used as a baby monitor, never had an issue and loved the subscription service to save clips as he had night terrors and used that to capture them. I really like how most motions are saved are 2 minutes long. My ring doesn’t even save motion for that long. Now it’s being used for house camera. . I use my iPhone, sometimes it takes longer to load but I’ve figured out it determines on the type of Wi-Fi I’m on. Turning on my cellular data always works the quickest for me. I’m actually considering adding more cameras because I like this app so much. Now my only Con— only one device can be logged in at a time, so if another family member wants to view the camera I will automatically get booted out, and will have to re enter password. I wish I was at-least notified of another device logging on as my motion notifications will end as well and sometimes won’t realize. The only notification I get is when I click the app to view the camera, it then pops up that I’ve been logged out but if Danale could have the notification sent as soon as another device logged on that would help tremendously! Over all though I’ve had a great experience with the app for a long time. ### 5/5 — Can’t landscape *2022-11-05, version 5.9.26* Since the last upgrade when I load up my cameras, and then turn my phone to landscape mode, it doesn’t work, can’t get to four camera screens to landscape for some reason and not sure how to fix it from my end so it must’ve been some thing from the last upgrade can you fix status? ### 5/5 — Works great *2020-11-29, version 5.9.20* Using it for 1 camera and the recording and stream are working great. Yes I had some outages last month but nothing has 100% up time. Of course I have Comcast internet so my WiFi is fast.
