Design a chalk background and you’re ready to Dance About! Featuring internationally acclaimed dance artists Christine Devaney and Hendrik Lebon with a contemporary soundscape composed by Kim Moore. A digital dance toy designed primarily for young people as well as anyone interested in dance. Curious Seed has partnered with Hippotrix to create this witty, accessible and thought-provoking dance app. Remember to use the camera button and share your images with friends as well as us! NOTE RE LOADING Dance About is an advanced, CPU intensive app, and on old devices takes time to load. To give you the best user-experience, we 'make' you wait for full installation - the good thing is that once running, our app should work perfectly on old and new devices. While it loads, we show some how-to-play images. About the app: JOURNEYS This scene introduces movement across space in a variety of different ways: SWIPE in any direction for the dancer to make their move! Use the DRAW/DANCE button to chalk words or patterns behind them, and the ERASE button to quickly clean the whole screen! POSTURES A (dancers curled up) Postures gives you a chance to play with our dancers and get them to perform a variety of moves. Tap the top and bottom of the screen, and swipe left, right or vertically to yield different results. Make a gesture in the middle to get them both to 'dance' at the same time. POSTURES B (dancers standing) In the second part of this scene, there are six different moves for each dancer - try different combinations to choreograph your dancers. Swipe left, right, up and down all get different results. Also try tickling them with two fingers. And of course you can continue chalking! The erase tool is different in this scene, more like a traditional paint app. Note: When you chalk in this scene the dancers roll off and back on to give you a clean page to draw on. DUET In the final phase the dancers come together. Call the dancers to move and influence the picture with your chalk designs. After they leave you can continue to chalk and erase. It was nice to be able to create doorways and chairs and make scenes for the dancers using the chalk. The only reason why I even gave it a star was because it seems like it would be fun but I don’t know that do I because it won’t even let me in. And I don’t want a stupid okay we are trying all we can computer system letter or not even a letter back cause that has happened before and btw we are your customers so pay a little bit more attention to what we say that’s bad about your apps.
