Weight loss I am over two Hundreds and three pounds.I been diabetic for about ten years. The PA said with my height I had to loose, age I would have get down 155. I am 71 years. I just seem   I having a hard time to loose the under 200 mark. With this program I only did two sessions. I positive I will make it.This great program. I was tired the class but the second I have energy. I am ready to workout.
