## What is DanceBody LIVE?

Dance cardio and sculpt classes with real results: meet the dance workout created by nice people dancing to good music. In 2013, our proudly small, female-founded business kicked off in NYC out of pure demand for effective, fun, challenging, community-oriented dance fitness classes.

Through DanceBody LIVE, you can stream multiple LIVE classes daily. Or, workout On Demand around your schedule with hundreds of dance cardio and sculpt classes, varying in length and level. No equipment necessary to start, but you can find everything you need to enhance your workouts on our DanceBody Shop.

DanceBody in-studio classes are available in NYC, Miami, Los Angeles, and seasonally in The Hamptons. Check out dancebody.com for more information.

The app integrates with Apple Health Kit to display your heart rate in real time, so that you can see the intensity of your workout and earn sweat points on the leaderboard. To access all features and content you can subscribe to DanceBody LIVE on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app*. Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

*All payments are paid through your iTunes/Google Account and may be managed under Account Settings after initial payment. Subscription payments automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

Worst app. Worst streaming. It doesn’t work most of the time since they took away the tv app. You have to mirror your phone to Apple TV or just squint at your computer screen. It goes in and out of blurriness and the sound is awful. They’ve replaced most of the cardio classes with strength training so DB isnt dance anymore. Full Out is the only legit dance class left. But if you are looking for a fun dance cardio class and worried full out will be hard then you’d be right; it IS hard and you’ll hate it. The choreography is major so if you’ve never done actual routines before then you’ll be intimidated. But for anyone who is a dancer and/or up for a great challenge, full out is only offered at Tribeca now( bc I guess they’ve deemed the NoMad studio not worthy enough anymore) So if you’re trying to stream any class in that studio, you will have a terrible workout because the Tribeca studio has the worst connection for over a year and they haven’t done anything to fix it.

I was hesitant at first to download this app because it had been a long time since someone reviewed it and I’m so happy that I ended up downloading it!!! The workouts are all really fun and engaging. There’s something for all levels. You can really get a sweat on and have a great time. I highly recommend this app!

I have tried many workouts and apps over the years and dancebody is hands down my favorite. I like that I can subscribe monthly and cancel whenever I know I won’t be able to use it for that month. My only gripe is wishing there were more live options for those of us on the east coast. I’m limited to the on demand options and would love more uploaded often (particularly dance and sculpt!). It is the best workout and the trainers are all so amazing!!

As an experienced exerciser, it has been harder and harder to find challenging workouts. That is not the problem with DanceBody I find I can only successfully do the beginner and intermediate. The teachers are wonderful however, their tech side is not very good not only is the sound difficult to hear in most classes, but the app cuts out every single time I do a class. This is not my Internet as this never happens with Apple fitness. I hope that they can fix the backend.

This review is not about the quality of DanceBody, but is about the quality of this app and the online streaming experience. Literally almost every single live class I log into is blurry. I have tried using different devices and have used different internet and still a good amount of the live classes appear blurry. I tried reaching out to your email address and the person who was responding ultimately gave me the directions to cancel and provided minimal support. It is a shame because DB is my favorite workout, but I am not paying $40/month for blurry videos. Please do something about this.

I’ve been streaming DB on and off since 2016 and absolutely LOVE the workouts. So fun, sweaty and effective. They have helped me lose baby weight after 3 kids. I appreciate the majority of the on-demand classes are around 30 minutes because that is usually all the time I have. I do miss some of the older classes since they are no longer available with the new app. I also really miss the (sculpt) classes which were filed during a actual class and not made specifically for the on demand section.
