Our studio had DB come out to recital to film and livestream. We were charged for both and yet livestream failed to work. DB was made aware but nothing was fixed, nothing brought back online. Family who couldn't travel to see the recital missed it completely. They couldn't live in the moment and call/text/congratulate the dancers. Now they have to create accounts to watch it weeks later?! It’s so slow and buffers at least twice during every dance.
