DanceFlow is the operating system for modern dance studios - one calm, beautiful place to run scheduling, students, lesson packages, attendance, messaging and invoicing.

After a lesson, write down what you covered and what to pick up next time. Both appear on the next booking with that student, so you walk in knowing exactly where you left off. Every student can also have goals their teacher sets — and that the student can see.

Memberships

Weekly, monthly and yearly plans, with renewals and what each member pays tracked for you.

Import your students

Bring a roster across from a spreadsheet in one step. Families sharing an email address come through as separate people, not one.

Teacher earnings

Teachers can see what each lesson earned and what is still to be paid, without asking the office.
