I saw this app and thought: great! A free app without in app purchases. That’s not at all what it is; ever single workout or stretch you have to have a subscription for. Very disappointed. If I could rate it a 0/5 I would.

I absolutely love this platform! The follow-along workouts have been amazing for improving my strength & stability as a dancer. My ballet technique has improved so much since I started Dancer Strong training. Highly recommend!

This is a must have for dancers! The exercises in these programs are well coached, educational, and best of all, challenging! The educational pieces bring to light info that I haven’t found anywhere else. I really believe any age and any level of dance experience can find great stuff in this app
