Haven’t been able to access
I’ve been living here for almost three months and I haven’t been able to use the app because it doesn’t recognise my user name.
Therefore, I haven’t been able to enjoy any of the benefits: yoga, meetups, classes. Etc. I don’t even know what the app is for 😂 the only thing I know is that “everything is through the app”.
Even after countless emails and reaching out directly on the reception they don’t know why I can’t access the app. Must be a problem in their systems that no one can solve.

Suggestions
When submitting maintenance requests, taking a photo will cause all the information in the form to be reset. On iPhone, the scrolling is a bit janky when jumping to the next form input.
Additionally, social page would benefit from more groups being available as currently only shows the official updates.
Lots of room for improvement to become a great app.
