I am so fed up with this pile of junk system.  I have nothing but problems controlling these thermostats.  They are almost always reporting incorrectly and the bathroom ally is running at top hest no matter what I say.  The cost of this to my sanity and patience has been staggering.  I have nothing good to say about the product, it is absolutely sloppy software that fails in different ways continuously. I may have to just disconnect and toss them at a huge financial and time loss. Dan Foss Ally: Good Idea, Terrible execution! Steer clear.

### 2/5 — Vacation mode is flaky

Vacation mode doesn’t seem to work even though the devices are all connected and otherwise working. The vacation mode was only reason I bought this system. Not cheap either. When setting to ‘Vacation’ nothing happens. Also no support to speak of. Good luck!

I installed this system at great expense to save money and environment with an oil heating system.  I find the changes I make don’t always save or ‘stick’ correctly and that when I turn the heat up temporarily, the thermostat doesn’t change, even over an entire day. I even added a couple of the sensors due to curtains but still have very limited control.  About 60% happy with this very expensive system that will save pennies at a time. Slightly disappointed.
