## What is Danfoss Icon2™?

The Danfoss Icon2™ App is used in combination with the Danfoss Icon2™ Floor heating control system for easy and convenient commissioning and configuration.
Use the App for easy-to-follow step by step instructions and to select between the applications in the comprehensive catalogue floor heating / cooling applications.  
The Danfoss Icon2™ App is required when using other than default settings on the Danfoss Icon2™ Main Controller or if an advanced application is required.

### 1.3.13 — 2026-08-20

• New feature to “View room data” directly in the Icon2 App as graphs, available to the user when the logs have been downloaded.
• New feature to download log file in open CSV format by using “Export logs”, when using “Send to Danfoss” the log file will remain encrypted.
• New feature to only download most recent logs, which typically contains 48h of data and is quicker to download.
• New feature to show remaining download time of logs.
• Improvement of the transfer speed for both log- and firmware OTA files (requires Main controller firmware version 1.92 or higher).
• New feature to inform the installer when the installation location has high wireless interference.
• Extended “The Expert Group” to also be available in Switzerland and Poland.
• Improvements to the banner shown when a room does not have a thermostat.
• Various bugfixes

• An animation is added to the app during the cleanup of memory, before firmware update 
• The Main Controller will now be set to “Install mode” during firmware update, to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible 
• Secondary MCs, who are now shown also as Repeaters will have a label in front of their name, to make it clear to the user that it is a secondary mc. 
• Various bugfixes

### 1.3.7 — 2025-08-14

- Bugfixes
- Latest available public Main controller firmware will be included in the app.
- New visual presentation of blinking patterns
- Updated technical drawings for the applications
- If user has problem adoption secondary MCs, app will suggest “common issues”
- When network test results where not all green, app will after 2nd test suggest adding a Repeater.
- On the room overview page, Secondary MCs are shown also under the Repeater section, as they are in fact acting also as repeaters.
