Dekuji za moznost recenze a kladne vyrizeni ### 1/5 — Kein Support und keine Updates für die App, *2025-11-05, version 1.3.2* Ich nutze diese Anwendung seit fünf Jahren und deren Funktion wird immer schlechter. Remote kann ich in 50 % der Fälle nicht mehr auf meiner Heizung zugreifen. Ich würde niemals mehr eine Smart Home Anwendung von Danfoss nutzen. Wenn man bei der Firma anruft, bekommt man unter Angabe der Anwendung erst einmal eine falsche Telefonnummer. Auf der Homepage wird man direkt an den Heizungsinstallateur verwiesen, obwohl die Verbindung nicht mit der direkten Funktion zu tun hat, denn in 50 % der Fälle funktioniert es. Der Router hat auch einwandfreie Verbindung zu der Basisstation. Es gab bisher noch niemals ein Update der App Daher ist klar, dass es nicht funktionieren kann. Auf Dauer der Hersteller möchte einen zwingen, auf eine neuere Technik zurückzugreifen und diese zu kaufen!
