The Daniel Fast is a diet based on the life of Daniel from the Bible. It is designed to prioritize your relationship with God over the many pleasures of food and drink. I can’t open it & would love to use this app when I start the Daniel Fast soon ### 2/5 — Do not get yearly subscription *2023-05-01* This is only for 12 days! You will have access to the same material for a year not new content. Our church did the 21 days so I decided on the yearly subscription. It stops at day 12! It has a couple recipes but you can find more on free platforms. The scriptures and blogs are nothing more than you can find elsewhere. This app is so helpful for anybody trying to do the Daniel Fast. For me it is especially helpful because I am a picky eater and following the easy recipes takes a lot of stress out of what I’m going to eat, and just be able to spend more time on what matters which is spending time with God. I also really love how you can plan your meals in a calendar, that’s something that I was looking for. And I also love the blog posts. Overall it’s so exciting to see an app that is created to glorify God and help the followers of Jesus do the Daniel fast. Even when adding pasta into the list of ingredients it comes up red for no! Will soldier on and see if it is of benefit. **Developer response:** We’ve got good news! Whole grains are allowed on the Daniel Fast and thus whole grain pastas are allowed. Also, there are numerous plant based pastas allowed on the Daniel Fast.
