Amazing resources for dancers- and for their families too, who want to support a healthy approach to such a competitive and difficult discipline. So glad this exists!

I wish something like this existed back when I was dancing. As a Dance Teacher, I’m always looking for ways to better support my dancers. This app makes it ridiculously easy. The content is thoughtful, practical, and specific to what dancers actually experience because it’s written and created by dancers. I especially love that the new resources are added regularly. That social media information was so on point. Such a valuable resource!
