About 90% of the time I try to open the security app it crashes and fails. Repeatedly telling me I've put it in wrong, requiring resets. Branch and phone customer service said I must be putting in the wrong pin. Definitely not, happened over weeks and many resets. Eventually a technical person in Denmark said it's a "known issue" with iOS 10.3. Try telling your customer service people. ### 1/5 — Dreadful *2020-01-17, version 1.3.1* Spent five hours today trying to sort out how to get into my account. Worked absolutely fine on iPad before this change. After about four hours on the phone with Apple and danske bank I got into my account. I wanted a print out of August 2019 statement. All it would give me was three transactions. Can’t get it to work can’t log on. In fact A system that did work has been replaced by some thing that is absolutely useless and appears to be non functional. Get your act together for goodness sakes ### 1/5 — Forcing camera permissions *2024-06-03, version 1.6.1* Very poorly designed app. Camera permissions required for the app to function. Why is the camera permission FORCED?! Very sketchy behaviour and I have lost a lot of trust in Danske generally as forcing unnecessary access to my device for functions I don’t use or never will. Apps developed by professionals typically don’t block the complete app when a permission is denied. I just want to approve payments. Is there a reason you need my camera for this? Note: I don’t scan QR codes or have ever used the camera in this app, so I ask why is this forced? Every other banking app I use is so much simpler than this mess of split apps and unnecessary permissions. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for my business account *2022-08-06, version 1.5.4* Previously had 2 way authentication via text etc but now always prompted to use this app but it tells me my business account details are incorrect and can’t proceed. The first account was ok but the second account on oes not permit entry even though funds are sufficient. ### 1/5 — Seriously stupid *2020-09-29, version 1.3.3* I have an IPhone 6 Plus phone with which I can access the Danske mobile and use. If you find any technical issues with the app, please give us a call. -Saara ### 3/5 — Glad to see an alternative to the security fob but… *2023-12-22, version 1.6.0* I cannot seem to log on using Danske ID and online business banking on the same device. I tried to log on using my phone but I’m required to scan the QR code to gain access meaning I would need another screen. Frustrating. Plus, I have two business accounts therefore I need to keep re-approving the Danske ID app for each one. ### 3/5 — Camera access? *2023-12-07, version 1.6.0* Not exactly a review, more a question. App works ok, but now it’s asking for camera access to scan qr codes. Why’s that? I only use this app to approve purchases by swiping. Have to keep logging in every time with my user ID and keycard when I need to switch between my iPhone and iPad. Not good if I am logged in on iPad and need to access my account from my iPhone if I am away from home and it requests to bind again. I have to keep logging on to the website to get into the account. I understand in terms of security the new app is better, all I want is the older layout! 😩 please change it, I’ll never get used to it! **Developer response:** Hi! This app only replaces the safety card.
