We reserved a large van 10 hours before our pickup time. At our pickup time we got a message that the driver was 30 minutes away. Absurd, they took the Liberty of canceling my taxi from my meeting to the airport which is a pretty presumptuous move. This happens to us regularly. They pick and choose whether they want the appointment even though it says “confirmed”.
