Da Pietro est bien plus qu’une simple pizzeria. Avec son décor à la fois rustique et convivial animé par un orchestre d’artisans dont les doigts font renaitre, sous vos yeux, une tradition antique rythmée par le crépitement d’un feu de bois et l’arôme d’une fraicheur d’outre-mer. Heureux est celui qui voyage sans allez bien loin. Bienvenu à DaPietro : Là où la dégustation est un véritable voyage sensoriel, où le décor vous transporte corps et âme mais surtout là où une des traditions culinaire les plus fameuses prends vie sous vos yeux…

Nos principes sont notre blason : Nous somme l’unique établissement certifié par la Scuola Italiana pizzaioli et le vice-champion du monde (2012) : Olivero Aucelli .L’honnêteté, le respect et le professionnalisme sont notre mantra . Nous ne sommes pas une équipe, nous sommes une famille .

Nous travaillons sur deux fronts, en mettant l’accent sur le client et en améliorant toujours le produit. Notre menu fonctionnel a fait la différence dans la perception de notre travail et peut donner de grandes satisfactions. C’est un menu de 21 pizzas au centre duquel se trouve l’étude sur la consommation nutraceutique des pizzas et un travail pour qu’il ne soit plus perçu comme un aliment lourd.
