## What is DappNet?

Dapp Net is a private mesh networking app that lets you send encrypted messages and make voice and video calls — with no internet connection, no accounts, and no servers involved.

Every message and call is protected by the Signal Double Ratchet protocol — the same encryption used by Signal messenger. Messages are encrypted on your device before they leave it, and only the recipient can decrypt them. No one else, including us, can read your messages.                                   

NO INTERNET REQUIRED                                                          
Dapp Net connects directly to nearby peers over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. There are no central servers routing your data. Even in areas with no cellular signal or internet access, Dapp Net keeps working.
