I am new to running.  This app will work with you at any level of fitness.  It is aDAPTIVe enough to give me advice on any type of workout plan, including walking and strength training to get me where I want to be.  I like the free trial and the ability to cancel at any time.  I am excited to see my fitness level increase while using this app!
