This would be much faster and more convenient than having to open the app and scan every time we enter a station. This feature is very important and would significantly improve the user experience. I hope you can support using Apple Watch with the Darb app to access the gate through NFC, just like the current Mada payment method. Since the service and NFC feature are already available at the gate, it would be great if you could enable Apple Watch support for Darb. It would be much more convenient than having to take out my phone every time, open the Darb app, and scan the QR code. ### 1/5 — Wrong directions + Search Bar for Destination not working *2025-10-08* Gives the wrong number of stops to the location and the search bar to write the destination keeps malfunctioning. Awful app malfunctions constantly and no support to customers Update: deletes your valid ticket while you’re stuck on the metro+ malfunctions constantly+ no app update to address issues. Great job! If there was ever an app that deserves less than one star, it’s this one. Update: bus on demand is a failure and darb customer support has no desire to improve it. ### 1/5 — St *2025-10-07, version 7.0.0* تحسن كثيرا عن السابق. ولكن لازال بعيد عن الجوده مشروع ضخم بتطبيق متواضع ### 1/5 — When it works it is a miracle *2025-09-29, version 7.0.0* I purchased 1 month pass in Riyadh and 1) the app doesn’t show my ticket at least 3 days a week, I have to go to the security and show my bank sms to prove my ticket 2) the app doesn’t allow screenshots therefore there is no other way to have the ticket proof or substitute 3) you have to show the ticket when leaving the station so it is double explanation to the staff to open the door and double loss of time. ### 1/5 — Slow, doesn’t work *2025-09-28, version 7.0.0* Tried adding location but it doesn’t even work and even the app is like super slow. I tried looking at Metro and buses like even a single click takes at least two minutes to kind of even show up something. I think it’s a big problem and this can be done a lot better considering the project is so massive and changes the way people travel. User interface on app is slick and looks good, but it does not function properly and has A LOT of bugs. I finally figured out how to book a ride, and I booked a ride to come and pick me up at a scheduled time. It said I could activate the ticket and have three hours to use it once activated. Once the time approached, I activated the ticket and it expired within 20 minutes. And my bus on demand ride never showed up at the scheduled time. So I tried to rebook but it said none available. Meanwhile I see the bus on demand busses parked literally by my flat, with the drivers resting inside. I have booked it a few other times and it has worked. They arrived on time and everything went well. A couple of other problems: 1. If you want to bring your family with you, it is quite the process (if even possible). You have to set up separate accounts and passwords for each one of them. Even if you have a baby you have to set up an account for that baby and they have to have a phone number and email etc. then you have to log into their account to set and purchase the ticket. 2. Another pretty bad bug: you cannot cancel a scheduled trip with bus on demand. I always saw the busses parked empty in my neighborhood. Just sitting there for hours. And then I figured out what they were and was so excited to use them, I thought- what a great idea! Unfortunately, the app just does not work. You cannot order the bus on demand. I’ve tried for days now, and it doesn’t work. You cannot pick a location to go to. And you cannot choose a pickup location. It has worked like once- but the app has so many bugs it’s absolutely useless. Now I know why there are always empty busses on demand parked - because nobody can actually order a bus!
