While I found a good nanny through the app, there were some issues with the app's customer service and communication. They failed to inform me when they stopped working with my nanny's agency and also sent a new nanny to the wrong address, despite I having updated the address in the app. In both situations, it took some effort to get a resolution and the manager was rude in handling the matter. So, if you decide to use Dardoc, make sure to double-check all details and communicate clearly with the app's customer service team to avoid similar issues. ### 5/5 — Home PCR tests *2022-01-07, version 2.0.15* Excellent staff and service. Even though they were late for their appointment, they were courteous enough to call and inform us of the delay. I had issued registering patients and the staff was very helpful in sorting it out for me. Reasonably priced and results always within the timeframe given. I hope you can maintain the standard of service. Very easy to schedule and the app will send push notifications when your appointment is confirmed. The first time I made an appointment my nurse was a few minutes late (understandable with the COVID situation right now!), and I just wanted to make sure that my appointment went through. I called them and they immediately knew who I was and assured me that the nurse was on her way.
