That can be overlooked if other features on it actually worked. Like, it doesn’t always show the books that I have on loan and on hold. It’ll say, “you currently have no loans,” when I know for a fact that I have several. It does the same with the books saying you currently have no holds, when it’s not true. It absolutely never shows the hold position ever. And I have to login every day, as it keeps logging me out. What’s the point of having an app, if it requires logging in every day? Yes, I have deleted the app and reinstalled many times, but it still gives the same results. ### 1/5 — Mrs Heather Waugh *2019-05-13, version 3.9.19* I have been using this app since it first came out but last couple of times it has said I have nothing borrowed which I know is not right. It seems to scan membership card but doesn’t recognise password I have had for ages?? Logging in via website is much easier but it really shouldn't be.
