Disrespectful driver - unprofessional customer service

They practice their policy on the client but when they are in the wrong they will beat around the bush and play a victim card. 

Did not receive my scheduled service, total waste of my time waiting. No compensation. And when confronting them, they were making illogical excuses.

They do not respect the time. They automatically changed morning service to evening service after paying them. it is very challenging to contact them and they keep repeating the same answer over and over again via support. Very unrealible service and so unprofessional. They were very late (I booked 4-6, and they haven’t showed up although I kept chatting with them asking them about the arrival. At the end, they never showed up and asked me to reschedule after 6pm.

طلبت 5 شغالات لتنظيف البيت  قبل وصولي بيوم لاني كنت خارج المملكة و كانت شغالة بنتي معهم و يوم رجعت البيت مافي شيء نظيف بس الطاولات و الارض و كامل البيت و الشبابيك و المطابخ كلها تراب  و شغالة بنتي بس راحوا نظفت الارض مره ثانيه و يوم تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء يقولوا المره القادمه نسوي لك خصم و اكيد مافي مره ثانيه

تم الوصول قبل الوقت المحدد بساعة كاملة، مع العلم أن الموعد المختار كان في وقت مسائي متأخر، والوقت المتوقع للوصول يبدأ من 5 مساءً إلى 7 مساءً.
ورغم ذلك وصلت العاملة إلى داخل المنزل الساعة 4:15، وبالتالي يفترض أن يكون انتهاء الخدمة الساعة 8:15.

لكن للأسف رفضت استكمال الأعمال أو القيام بالمهام المتبقية بحجة أن الوقت انتهى، ثم اتضح أنها احتسبت الوقت منذ وصولهم للمبنى وقبل دخول المنزل.
كما أصرت على المغادرة رغم تبقي 13 دقيقة من الوقت، والأسوأ أنها تركت ما بيدها وخرجت بأسلوب غير لائق وتطاول بالكلام، رغم توضيح الوقت لها وطلب استكمال العمل وترك الجدال.

كذلك لم يتم أداء مهام التنظيف بالشكل المطلوب.
علمًا أن الخدمة كانت لعاملتين، وإحداهما كانت متعاونة جدًا وقامت بعملها بكل احترام ووجه بشوش، أما الأخرى فكانت سيئة بالتعامل، كثيرة التذمر، ورفضت تنفيذ الأعمال الموكلة لها.

للأسف خدمة العملاء أيضًا لم تقم بواجبها إطلاقًا.
كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا، وهذه أول وآخر مرة أتعامل معهم، وتم حذف الحساب نهائي.

Cleaner name: (Renalie Tapang)I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaner. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not done properly. The bathroom was left wet and not dried, the shelf was still full of dust, the sink was dirty, and the floor was also left wet. There was still dust in the corners as if they were never cleaned.

I also asked her to change the bed sheets, but she left them exactly as they were and did not change them.

I also noticed that she was mumbling to herself and talking in a way that felt unprofessional. Even though I helped her with moving and carrying things and tried to make the job easier, the work was still not done properly.

On top of that, she left about 10 minutes before the scheduled time and started arguing with me when I mentioned the issues.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this cleaner.

طلبت تنظيف عميق للشقة العمال رجال و كان عندي توقعات اكبر من امكانياتهم، طبعا في ايجابيات و لكن يوجد سلبيات، اكثر شيء ضايقني انهم غير مدربين بشكل صحيح بمعني انهم يستخدمون مواد التنظيف بشكل غير صحيح و بشكل عشوائي، استخدمو مادة صار لونها احمر وردي على دواليب المطبخ و الجدار  و اضطريت انظفها بالماء 
الخلاصة و ثقت فيكم و لكن يبدو انه لازم اكون مو جود في الموقع و اتابع بنفسي عشان العمال ما يسو اجراء خطاء.

I booked a three month service with them with a promise for two specific maids. I had been using the maids already for three months and they confirmed that I would get the same women. they changed the women and sent two horrible people that I sent away. They said that they gave me a refund and sent me some screenshot for the refund. That money never got put back in my account.  They will not show any proof and have stopped replying.
