As such I could not type in my address, meaning I could not correct the way google displays my address, meaning my food was over an hour late as they went to the wrong place, meaning my food was cold. ### 2/5 — Not happy *2025-03-05, version 10.45* I ordered our food at 4pm today. Did not arrive until 5:45pm! I couldn’t eat my food because I had to leave for my next job at 6pm. Not happy at all with you at all. If you can’t honour a delivery in 30 minutes please phone and give me the option to cancel if necessary. Thanks! Only managed to eat a piece of fruit on the way out. Not what I wanted. ### 3/5 — Disappointed *2025-03-09, version 10.45* Have used Dario’s for over 30 years but over the last year or so they have gone downhill. Ordered tonight, and as has happened so many times now told delivery would be about 40 minutes, it arrived over 1 and a half hours later. No apology. The fries as ordered were always fries but this time turned up as chips. Got there in the end but needs to be slicker and more user friendly. Ended up paying cash by accident.
