This is stored in IMessage on IPhone. Go to settings, Imessage look for the app, click red minus sign, then delete .

For anyone wondering 💭 how to take this off on iMessege at the bottom of your screen where photos and Memoji are located scroll to the left where it says …More click on it another screen will pop up click edit on the top left of your screen you will see a green button switch it off and it will come off… I had this problem my self till I did this! 
Waste of time by the way don’t download 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

I just purchased this sticker pack because I really liked the animation of the few free stickers and I am saying this with all honesty; the 
animation the developer added is
FANTASTIC ! I would definitely recommend this sticker pack to anyone who loves animated neon!
The animation goes way beyond what some other (neon) sticker
packs do. As well the price was 
EXTREMELY reasonable given how
many animated stickers there are 
in this pack (all of them are
animated) and it was only .99 cents!
Try it you will not regret it!
