It won’t let you enter the game, so you can’t collect the items you need. Very annoying. It’s happen on another game from the same developers too. ### 2/5 — Puzzles don’t work *2022-07-30, version 1.1.4* Several of the puzzles in this game do not work. The puzzle with the safe dial with zodiac signs stays on 3 even when you press the 4 plus it is tricky to figure out how to get 7. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn’t. The puzzle with the tiles with crowns and fleur de lis also very glitchy. Sometime the tiles will stay in place and sometimes they won’t. You have to place them over and over again. Additionally I purchased coins to get hints and skips but it won’t let me skip. Overall would not recommend. ### 2/5 — Cannot Skip Zodiac Sign Puzzle!! *2022-01-05, version 1.1.4* I’ve been struggling with the zodiac sign puzzle and want to skip it, but the game won’t let me even though I have 17 coins!!! What gives?!!! This is crazy!! There must be a serious bug causing the issue and it needs to be fixed immediately!! I’m going to delete the game and never play it again until this problem is fixed!! 🤬😤 You people really need to learn how to test your games properly before releasing them for players to download on their phones! Also, there’s no option to choose between easy mode and hard mode either!! I’m taking 3 stars away because of these issues. If these issues are fixed, I MIGHT consider adding those stars back!! ### 3/5 — Fault with the bonus chapter *2021-10-11, version 1.1.4* Only gave the game 3 stars because I played the game which was great by the way then bought the bonus game. When I went to play it it said something was wrong with the game and to complete the original game before I can play the bonus chapter. Help!! I’m not going to play the original game all over again. This experiment with F2P...it failed terribly for me. The puzzles in this game were so difficult that they were unsolvable for me. This meant that each time I could not finish the puzzle, I cost me 10 coins....times 5 so far. So, up to now...I’m in the BONUS GAME, this has cost me MORE THAN the original $6.99 pay & play....that makes me very unhappy. Each hint for one coin was fine, but making the puzzles so hard??? Not fair, guys....I have no problems with H.O. GAMES, ...... So no more F2P for me... This game is not a new release. It came out in September, 2019. They changed the format to increase profitability, then re-released it. 2. I will never play a game where you have to buy crap throughout in order to play at your own pace. They respond to review calling them out by saying “you don’t have to pay as you go; well, ok, you have to pay for the bonus chapter, and hints.... and skips....” 3. Who are they trying to kid? We can spot FAKE reviews a mile away: “you should TOTALLY charge us to play within the game on all your games! Followers of this genre and gamers in general would LOVE that!” (Said no real gamer ever!) 4. We were supposed to get a “new” game twice a month in 2020. It’s the end of March and we’ve had three actual new games. Elephant games is running circles around you guys. You deceived LynxMinx! And you refuse to release Eipix games. 5. We were reportedly getting Enchanted Kingdom 6 on March 10th, but that didn’t happen. I’ve downloaded the update and the sound is fixed. This is a beautiful, visually stunning game. I’m enjoying it immensely as you need to use coins to skip mini games, and I sometimes do because I get impatient and want to move the story faster. Only slight issue remains is that for the in-app purchases, I’m not very clear on what a few of them will benefit. Like what does “unlocking CE” actually does? Minor, but hopefully the description can be made more clear in time.
