Complementary atmosphere, a good map and loads of collectibles (which unfortunately you can't get at the end if you miss any). One ⭐️ off for quite unresponsive screen and, for me personally, too many HOS although they are a nice mix and there is an alternative. I've enjoyed every one of them and have played each one of them twice. The only issue I have is you have to touch items just on the right spot or at a certain pace in order to get them. This is for all items laying around and in the HOP games. If it wasn't for that which could be annoying at times, I would have given it 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Cool. Many items have to be tapped at particular times, so, until the game designers think you need it, it's unavailable. Other times the clicking simply won't work. I tapped a picture in the circus scene at least four times, on four different occasions, before it finally worked. The game allows to to switch from a HO game, to a find three game. I prefer HO. The map is a bit confusing because it shows you a butterfly, but I'm not quite sure what that means and the legend doesn't really explain it. There were multiple frustrating points where my touch was either not recognized when tapping/using items or over or under compensated during dragging type motions. Kept taping on a hidden object to no avail, used the hint (pointed me to exactly what I had been tapping on) after about literally 30 taps it finally registered. It was challenging but not too. The biggest thing that annoyed was Tapping objects, some times 4, 5 or 6 times. Also Dragging objects to where they need to go. I sometimes had to tap on a moveable object within a puzzle, not in inventory, multiple times to get it to “stick” to my finger so I could drag it into place. All of that said, I love the “Dark Romance “ series! I love how you switch between main characters to experience the story from both their points of view! Please make more “Dark Romance” HOP games for the iPad!
