## What is Dark Talent?

Dark Talent is a private AI focus system for founders, builders, and high-agency people who need to turn pressure into execution. It is not a habit tracker. It is not a wellness app. It is a black-and-white control surface for your own mind.

The product runs one loop: check state, cut noise, enter Lock-In, execute, reflect, debrief, adapt.

STATE CHECK
Sixty seconds. Sliders or voice. The Coach returns your state, your pressure, your execution risk, and one move. No "how are you feeling today." Just the truth and the next action.

LOCK-IN
A protected work window with one defined move. The screen becomes a black void. The timer runs. The Live Activity holds your place on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Distractions get captured, not chased. When the block ends, The Coach reflects.

PRESSURE LOG
A private place to dump pressure. The Coach extracts what is actually under it: the avoidance, the unmade decision, the one action that ends the loop. Convert it into a Lock-In in one tap. Voice input on iOS and macOS.

THE COACH
Direct, calm, sharp. Built on Apple Foundation Models and Dark Talent's server-mediated Coach API. Five modes: Direct, Tactical, Calm, Brutal, Silent. Default is Direct + Tactical. No "I notice that you." No "great work." It tells you the pattern, names the avoidance, prescribes one move.

WEEKLY DEBRIEF
Sunday morning. The Coach generates an executive signal, a state review, an execution review, a target review, and a directive for next week. Export to Notion, Markdown, PDF, or email. Review the week before it becomes noise.
