Free trial eligibility is determined entirely by Apple. If you believe there has been a billing issue, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly, as all payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled exclusively through Apple. ### 1/5 — Major scam *2026-05-04* Do not download this app. It is a scam. It claims to be free, then continuously charges you for subscriptions and fees. There is no real customer support, and the developer’s contact email does not work. They also do not respond to emails or refund requests. Save yourself the stress and money. Do not download or purchase this app. I only had $10 on my card to feed my child and they took my last money even though I canceled the subscription and Apple will not refund **Developer response:** Hi honeybun1819, the 3-day free trial and subscription terms are clearly displayed before completing the purchase. The trial works exactly as intended: after the 3-day trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews and billing starts unless it is canceled before the renewal date. There are no hidden charges or scams involved — this is the standard way App Store subscriptions and free trials work, and all payments are processed directly by Apple. If you believe there has been an issue with the charge, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund, as refunds are handled entirely by Apple. ### 1/5 — Scam scam they still charge you as soon as you double click the side button don’t do it! *2026-05-02* It’s great app but if you’re not planning on keeping it don’t sign up don’t try the so called free trial because there’s none they charged me as soon as I double clicked the side button, next thing I noticed I was trying to download an app and I couldn’t until I paid the $7.99 on Apple and remind you my trial was supposed to end on May 3rd 2026 I also canceled as soon as I signed up so I wouldn’t get charged. **Developer response:** Hi Cypress king, it seems there may have been some confusion regarding how the free trial offer worked. This is clearly indicated on the paywall, as well as in the screens shown before completing the purchase. They offered a 3 day free trial. Which I enabled. Then when I went to checkout, I was immediately charged for the subscription. How can you offer a 3 day free trial and not follow through.
