## What is Darlo?

Turn a voice note after a property viewing into a client follow-up draft. Darlo helps individual real estate agents check the details, prepare for viewings and keep track of what comes next. Review and edit every draft before sharing.

PREVIEW YOUR FIRST FOLLOW-UP
Create and preview your first follow-up before completing setup. Record a voice note or paste a conversation, check the facts and review your draft. Pro or Max access is required to copy or share it through WhatsApp or Mail and to continue using Darlo. Your draft is saved and becomes available after subscribing.

YOU TALK. AI GETS TO WORK.
Capture a voice note or type an update after a viewing. Darlo helps turn it into structured notes, feedback and follow-up drafts. Uncertain details are marked “Check this” for your review, and drafts use the facts you choose to keep.

AI DRAFTS. YOU DECIDE.
Review, edit and approve each draft before sharing it. Opening WhatsApp or Mail does not mark a message as sent. Confirm it yourself with “I sent it”. You choose what to send and when.

ARRIVE PREPARED WITH PRO
Generate viewing briefs and owner updates on demand. Bring property details, client preferences and previous conversations into focus before your next appointment. Review, edit or delete saved client preferences and promises in Settings → Remembered.

KNOW YOUR NEXT MOVE
See your daily agenda, upcoming viewings and outstanding follow-ups. Keep useful context alongside properties and contacts, and enable reminders for follow-ups when they are due. Use property activity and momentum signals to decide which listings need attention.

READY FOR YOU WITH MAX
Find prepared work in Today → Ready for you throughout your day, timed to your timezone and relevant activity. From morning priorities and pre-viewing briefs to recap prompts, overdue follow-ups, weekly owner updates and an end-of-day summary, Darlo helps you prepare for what comes next. Review, edit, snooze or dismiss each item.

Max also includes a private commissions dashboard to support your business planning.

MAKE MARKETING EASIER
Create AI-assisted captions, video scripts and shot ideas for your property content. Shape the wording to your voice and use your own photos and videos.

CONTROL YOUR AI AND DATA
Before your first AI use, see what information is shared and which providers receive it. Review or withdraw your consent in Settings → AI and your data. AI outputs remain drafts for you to check, edit and approve.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
After the first draft preview, continued use of Darlo requires Pro or Max access, including copying or sharing your draft. Features and integrations vary by plan, and AI features, voice use, social content and storage are subject to plan allowances. On-demand viewing briefs and owner updates are available with Pro. Ready for you, proactive preparation and the private commissions dashboard require Max. See the subscription screen for current options and terms.

Darlo Pro and Darlo Max are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
