They reply to all submissions almost immediately and ask follow cup questions to get it resolved immediately. We’ll see how long it takes DART to replace this sweltering single-train car with one that has functioning air conditioning. It might be September, but still HOT enough in Dallas to warrant functioning air conditioning! “Hotter by the mile! ### 2/5 — App works but the police do nothing helpful *2022-07-06, version 2.0.4* I’ve been riding the DART trains daily for more than 10 years and using this app for several as well. This app works as far as reporting issues but I seldom see the DART police do anything helpful. Since the pandemic started, the DART police have all but abandoned the trains. They no longer patrol and when I do see an officer, they’re often not even paying much attention to what’s going on in the area. The bike lids say 72 hours but some people leave locks without bikes for a week or more, DART doesn’t seem interested in taking action ### 2/5 — Why two DART apps? *2017-09-19, version 1.1.0* Why wasn't the Report an Issue feature just integrated into the DART GoPass app? It's a great idea but I don't want to have to download two apps both related to DART to my phone.
