I have to tap on it multiple times for the time option to even show up. It would be nice if they changed it to show a clock like the android version. I even send multiple feedback messages on the site and not a single feedback. This app has potential ONLY because google map doesnt get the recent time table for the day after. ### 1/5 — Does not work on iPad *2024-11-14* Downloaded update and it loads white page without any information and closes. It’s literally blank when I hit list to get the bus stop times and this makes it hard because I connect to another bus to get home. The app still works from my iPad but I use my iPhone more and would appreciate if this could be fixed. I have had many instances where the bus time was listed as coming at say 3:20, but then a bus never showed up until probably 4:45. And when you are a parent who really needs to track where their disabled child is because they are unable to communicate it’s also severely anxiety inducing ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-01-21* This is the most unreliable and cumbersome app I have ever used. And worse is you don’t get an error pop up so you think you must be doing something wrong. None of the bonus features have ever worked but at least I could use trip planner. Until the last week. It just comes back that there are no buses . To answer the developers question my phone is an Iphone7. I have no issues using the app now and can find the bus routes I need to get to work! The 1 thing I wish this app had was the ability to be able to make reservation for the bus instead of calling and doing it that way and waiting forever to talk to someone.
