However, it took a very long time for the cap to be delivered. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that the product was coming from abroad and would take some time. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the logo was imperfect and there were undulation in the cap corners. When I contacted Customer Care for a return option, they stated that they would only accept returns for manufacturing defects and requested photos as proof. After sharing photos highlighting the clear defects, they claimed it was a genuine product and refused to accept the return. I was shocked by their response. After reading customer reviews of this website, I realized that this is a clear case of professional fraud. There is no point in pursuing them for a return, as they seem to be cheating others by providing duplicate products. Pursuing legal action would only result in additional expenses and consume more time.
