Was trying to pay for something earlier and the app wouldn’t let me proceed without updating the app. Because I wasn’t on wifi - I couldn’t do this. So agitating and was unable to use the app to make a purchase and totally stuck. What a poor experience!

When I try to use the Singtel dash (both app and website) for prepaid card top up, it pops up errors no matter how I try to re-enter and reset the password. Even ridiculously, I cannot login now after I reset my password.

Have been using the app for a while utilizing its benefit which is good however when i changed my phone now it doesnt work tried to reinstall but error messages keeps coming.

When I took ComfortDelGro cab, the counter code has the letter ‘Y’ and I couldn’t enter it so I ended up not being able to pay using Dash
