J’ai un IPhone 12 et j’ai jamais réussi à me connecter à cette caméra, ça me donne « absence de connexion internet « , alirs que c’est pas vrai. Et à ce qu’il paraît le producteur s’en fiche de ce problème vu que ça dure depuis longtemps et c’est même mentionné comme bug sur leur notice.

I had the pioneer dash cam installed. Then found out the need for the app. Downloaded it and it doesn’t work at all. Product should be pulled. Having it taken out as I type and replacing with a camera that works with an app. This product app has been abandoned with no updates.

Can’t pair with Wi-Fi. Instructions are laughably insufficient. If you just bought a Pioneer webcam there’s bad news. There is no app. 

Probably would not have bought a webcam from Pioneer had I known this was the best they could manage to produce for an app. Extremely disappointed.

After setting up the WiFi network successfully with my DashCam, the  app just keeps displaying a Dialog Box ‘WiFi connect OK’. Hitting the ok button does nothing.
A guy at the shop that installed my dashcam showed me this app running on his iPhone 11 running 15.1 without issue.
Until this is resolved, I guess I’m going to have to pull my Sd card whenever I want footage!
Very disappointing after spending over $300 on a dash cam. I would have expected more from Pioneer!

App worked at one time then for no reason stopped phone pairing via Bluetooth. Installed same $350 unit plus $150 install on 2 cars. Same issue. No help from Pioneer at all. Was recommended by Freeman’s Car Stereo. Worked well at first then can’t pair; maybe Apple iOS 18 issue. Assume only way to use is remove SD to view. Would not buy again. Nice unit but no workable app and no Pioneer support.

使用端末はiPhoneで説明書に掲載の対処法を幾ら試してもWi-Fiと繋がらずインターネット未接続の表示が出てしまい購入した事を後悔している。ちなみにAndroidスマホの人に試してもらったらそちらはすぐに繋がった。iPhoneとの相性の問題か？

Unfassbar, wie schlecht die Bedienung der App ist und vor allen Dingen, dass der WLAN-Download NICHT FUNKTIONIERT. Will man Videos runterladen, muss man die MicroSD-Karte entfernen und an einem externen Gerät auslesen. Eine wesentlich angepriesene Funktion funktioniert einfach nicht. Was für ein Schrott.

ホームページのトラブルリスト通りにiPhone側の設定も行い使用したが、画像も映像もiPhone側にダウンロードを拒否しダウンロード出来ない。 使い方にはiPhone側に先に保存するとあるが、一切保存しない。 また、映像も画像も使い方に出ているようなサムネイルもなくファイル名のみで選択してもファイルが開かない。 使い方通り機能使用可能となるようにアプリの改善をお願いします。

インストール直後は不具合もなく動いていたが、最近妙に遅くなり使えない位ひどかった。
色々調べてみたら　機内モードONでWi-Fiにつなぐと書いてあった。

試してみたらサクサク動き出した。
問題なさそうなので機内モードをOFFにして、Wi-Fiで繋ぎ直してみた。

普通に問題なく良好に戻った。
コレはアプリの問題なのか、ドライブレコーダーの不具合なのか？

VREC-DZ500-Cを愛車に取り付けたので、早速このアプリをダウンロードして使用してみた。ドラレコ本体の液晶画面が小さ過ぎるため、iPhoneの画面で映像を確認できるのは便利。でも、駐車監視＆セキュリティーモードの設定がアプリ側で出来ないのは残念。
Wi-Fi接続が直ぐに繋がらないことがあり少しストレスを感じることはあるが、まあまあ使えるアプリです。

iPhone使用者でWi-Fiが接続できないという方、iPhoneの「設定」→「アプリ」→「インターフェイス(このアプリ)」→「ローカルネットワーク」を確認してみてください。ここがオフになっていると接続されないようです。オンにしたらアプリも利用できました。

Wenn man liest das der Downlaod auf Apple Geräte seit 2 Jahren schon nicht funktioniert, fragt man sich warum der Hersteller ein so hohen Preis aufruft. Hätte ich das vor dem Kauf gewusst, würde man sich evtl. Ein andres Gerät zulegen.

Einstellungsmöglichkeiten über die App eher mau 
Wozu dient diese App? Als Datensammler für den Hersteller?

Behalte die App noch ein paar Tage und warte auf Änderungen, erfolgen die nicht, fliegt sie achtkantig…
