At pick up time, 3 different taxis arrived, each calling me saying they’re here for my order. The DASH system had somehow automatically switched taxis and kept repeatedly sending out different taxis for my order. Very confusing situation and very awkward for myself and all the drivers. Good thing is, they have a WhatsApp customer service account where you can ask for help and let them sort it out. Still, this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. As soon as I requested a ride, the driver called us to confirm our exact location, and the real-time tracking feature made it easy to see him absolutely hauling to come pick us up. Once we were in the car, he went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure we got to our destination quickly, but he even made a couple of quick stops along the way to show us secret photo spots of the Big Buddha; places we never would’ve found on our own. The combination of the app’s smooth functionality and the driver’s genuine effort made this one of the best taxi experiences I’ve ever had.
