This is a completely useless service when I need help internationally - and the airlines won’t change ANYTHING because “some third party” (you) booked it. I always have it open when traveling. But that’s how it works for me and not sure what it would be like if app was not linked to our corporate account. I seem to get alerts here before I get them from the airlines. And if I see a delay that will cause a missed connection I just touch the ‘Call Agent’ button and I’m talking with our assigned corporate agents (Sigrid & Amy are super) or after hours staff. I also love the ability to put the information on my calendar. My wife and I share a calendar app, so she has all of my trip details as well. No longer does she have to ask me when my flight lands in Atlanta.
