No phone call to let you know they aren’t sending anyone. Their solution was that you have to phone. I asked what the point of the app is and they couldn’t answer that. The next time I called to pre book. 20 mins before pick up they called to say they haven’t got any drivers. Really useful when I’ve got a train to catch. Blueline in Harrogate thankfully could get someone out straight away so I managed to just catch my train.
