Don’t bother with the app. It allows you to pre book even if drivers aren’t available. No phone call to let you know they aren’t sending anyone. Their solution was that you have to phone. I asked what the point of the app is and they couldn’t answer that.
The next time I called to pre book. 20 mins before pick up they called to say they haven’t got any drivers. Really useful when I’ve got a train to catch.
Blueline in Harrogate thankfully could get someone out straight away so I managed to just catch my train.
Elite was brilliant, this company is garbage
