They ask you offer years before transactions even before you create an account. 2 how they steal your money? For they keep the private key. Thanks in advance! ### 1/5 — Unlawfully holding my $6,000 for over 3 weeks *2017-12-20, version 1.0.3* Freewallet is holding my $6,000 regardless my numerous requests to resolve the access issue. Hundreds emails and over three weeks later I still do not have an access to my money. Freewallet sending me ridiculous excuses and repeatedly asking for the same information again and again. It’s been over three weeks since I requested to resolve my access issues. So far I lost about $4,000 and counting. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Stay Away from these Scammers. Left me without access and were ignoring my emails for over three weeks. I lost approx $4,000 in trade, which very conservative number. If it wasn’t my complaints to Apple, Google and others - would have still freaking out about my money. STAY AWAY FROM FREEWALLET IF YOU WANNA KEEP UR MONEY. **Developer response:** Aaron, you can access your wallet, which was restored more than a week ago. Please note that the user's data saved under 2FA security option is stored under your responsibility. Recovery of your access was a complicated procedure requiring additional verifications and we finished it within the acceptable timeframe.
