I looked forward to familiarizing myself with it and probably upgrading to the premium paid service. But the app does NONE of the analytics listed. It shows no data in every field except my followers/following--which are correct and update dally. So it is logged-in and detecting my account. My email to "support" resulted in a form letter, saying they would be in touch soon. A week has passed. Still no reply, and no improvement. Very disappointing.
